Situated at the end of a large, level plot, this traditional Mallorcan stone house was recently renovated with high quality materials while maintaining the original character of the house. The main entrance, the bright, open-plan kitchen/living room and the wine cellar are at garden level. From here a staircase leads to two bedrooms, one of them en suite and the other with direct access to the saltwater pool, which is surrounded by a wooden terrace. On the 1st floor is the open plan living room with wood burning stove and further bedrooms and bathrooms, one of them en suite. Two more bedrooms and a bathroom are in the attic. The house offers modern comforts, such as air conditioning in all rooms, which can be controlled remotely. Parquet floors provide warmth and comfort, while the hydraulic tiles add character to the house, as does the beautiful stone façade. The sunny grounds are mainly planted with highly productive citrus trees and are supplied by an irrigation system. There is also an old water wheel and small pond in front of the house, as well as a huge old vine, providing shade during the hot summer days. Ample car parking is available. You can move in immediately and enjoy the beauty of the Orange Valley.
