Just outside Santa Maria, this newly built finca, surrounded by olive trees and sweeping views of the Serra de Tramuntana, captures the essence of Mediterranean countryside living, where light, space, and nature define the rhythm of each day. The house is set upon a 29,000 m2 plot with 700 beautiful olive trees. With an open-plan living area—and its double-sided stone fireplace and high wood-beamed ceilings—the interior invites long, relaxed meals and quiet evenings by the fire. Four ensuite bedrooms on the main level offer comfort and privacy, while the upstairs suite enjoys the best views of the landscape. Sunlight pours through every room, connecting the interior to the garden and pool, where you can dine al fresco on sunny afternoons or take in spectacular sunsets in the warm evening air. With solar energy, underfloor heating, and air conditioning, it’s designed for effortless year-round living. Only 15 minutes from Palma yet a world apart, this finca is a place to unwind, entertain, and enjoy the beauty of Mallorca at its most authentic.
