In an attractive location in Cala Murada, a total of just eight modern villas are being built, only a few minutes' walk from the beach and town centre. The houses combine contemporary architecture with a Mediterranean living feeling and each feature a private garden and pool. Each villa offers three bedrooms, each with its own en suite bathroom, as well as an additional guest WC. Bright living areas and modern design create a pleasant living ambience. Individual wishes and special features can be taken into account during the construction phase, so that you can help design your new home entirely according to your ideas. An exclusive project for all those who wish to enjoy modern living close to the sea and a Mediterranean lifestyle.
