These residences are distributed over three floors and impress with an intelligently designed spatial concept and extensive private outdoor areas. Private pools, terrace spaces and private gardens create a special atmosphere in the outdoor area - perfectly suited to enjoy relaxing moments, savour the Mediterranean flair and be enchanted by the mild island climate. The interior presents itself with a contemporary, open-plan living design which elegantly combines the cooking, dining and living areas. The features are complemented by an additional utility room as well as a lift which provides comfortable access to all floors. Noble materials and careful attention to detail emphasise the sophisticated character of these properties. Each residential unit also has its own garage and thus combines elegance, functionality and living comfort to a first-class standard. Completion at the end of 2027.
